Celia Newman- Founder and CEO

Celia Newman is the proud native of Dyersburg, TN and has a strong background in athletics from being a high school standout with the 2005 State Runner-Up Dyersburg Lady Trojans and former college student athlete at Bethel University. Celia was also an Athletic Trainer and has over 10 years of experience working with athletes both academically and athletically. 


She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training from University of Tennessee at Martin and a Master's Degree in Sports and Wellness Leadership from Austin Peay State University.  Ms. Newman worked at University of Memphis for 2 years as a Student Athlete Development Mentor for at-risk student athletes, and soon after founded Elite Level Prep in April 2015.  She has mentored and assisted over 100 athletes and currently has a 100% success rate with ELP participants enrolling in Post Grad Institutions!


She is an active member of Big Brother Big Sister and continues her dedication to public service as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.  She is very passionate about helping student athletes succeed not just in athletics, but more importantly life!

Tricia Ange- ACT Specialist

Tricia Ange is originally from the Midwest and moved to Memphis, TN. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from University of Memphis and her Master of Arts in Management from Webster University.  She has been teaching for 10 years but exclusively doing ACT Prep for past 5 years. She has taught at Booker T. Washington, Fairley High, Memphis Academy of Health Sciences, and currently Memphis Academy of Science of Engineering.  The students in her classes see average gains of 3-5 points on their overall composite score. Last year, 75% of athletes at MASE were NCAA eligible.  She is passionate about helping student athletes succeed academically and increase their ACT scores and help them meet their full potential.

LaTraci Aldridge- College Enrollment Specialist

LaTraci Aldridge is a native Memphian with a passion for working with children of all backgrounds.  She started her collegiate career at Tennessee State University in 2001 where she was a member of the Tigergem dance team.  She transferred to University of Memphis in 2004 and graduated with her Bachelors in Psychology in 2005. Once she obtained her Bachelors she went on to work in social services as a Teacher Counselor at Youth Villages. 


From there she worked as a counselor at a juvenile detention center and then a foster care worker.  In 2010, she obtained her Masters degree in Counseling with a concentration in School counseling.  With her Masters, she began working as a student counselor at Anthem Career College.  She has been the Family Resource Coordinator at Tennessee Virtual Academy since 2013 and serves as the school's school counselor.  She is currently working on her Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Memphis.  She has been married to Robert Aldridge for 11 years and they have 2 boys, Brandon and Tristan and dog, Charlee.

Michael Porter- Performance Training Coordinator

Michael Porter is our Performance Training Coordinator from Memphis, Tennessee. He played football and basketball at Melrose High School and attended Tennessee State University, where he played football. He founded his own Performance Training program called Mad Works in 2015, where he trains and helps athletes exceed and perform at the highest level! He comes highly recommended by over a dozen collegiate and professional players in football and basketball. He is capable of pushing athletes to their max and enhancing athletes athletic ability and skills. He will not settle for less!

Lamarcus Mosley- Basketball Skills Trainer

LaMarcus Mosley is a Dyersburg native. He has an amplitude of experience in basketball at a competitive level. In high school, he helped lead his team to a 3A State-Runner Up finish his senior season. During this year, he achieved many accolades including: All-District, All-Region, All-State Tournament Team , All- Academic, and Martin Lions Club All-Tournament Team. He graduated with honors from Dyer County High School. He attained his bachelor’s degree at Martin Methodist College in Human Performance with an emphasis in Sport Management and minor in Business. He also played for the basketball team at MMC, where he was apart of the Southern States Athletic Conference Champions in 2015. He also competed in the NAIA tournament in 2017, and LaMarcus was apart of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Soon after graduation, he accepted a assistant girls and boys basketball coaching position for Ripley High School.  He has a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals on and off the court.

Jaleya Mosley- Marketing Director

Jaleya Mosley is a Dyersburg native.  She is a recent graduate of Reinhardt University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Sports Studies. She was also a part of the Reinhardt Lady Eagles basketball program, where she served as captain and led her team to two consecutive conference tournaments and national tournament appearances.  She also attended Junior college at Walter's State Community College, where she made a national tournament appearance and won the state conference championship!  She has a passion for athletics and looks forward to helping our program reach more athletes.

Mykal Anthony- Video and Media Director

Mykal Anthony is a recent graduate of the University of Memphis with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. While at Whitehaven High School, Anthony ran cross country, played Junior Varsity basketball, and played one season with the soccer team. Anthony did not have the opportunity of playing collegiate basketball, but he had the chance of interning for the Athletic Video Department during his junior and senior years. He helped with broadcasting, video recording, and setting up cameras and cables. Right now, Anthony enjoys filming and editing anything that revolves around basketball: workouts, games, player interviews, and highlights.

Lorrie Flowers- Community Resource Coordinator

Lorrie Flowers is our Community Resource Coordinator.  She is a native of Memphis, TN and brings overs 30 years of experience in community engagement and relations.  She organizes all community events and seeks sponsorships to help our daily operations and financial hardships of our youth.  She is currently the parent of a student athlete and brings outstanding expertise in finding jobs for our youth! She is an activist for helping all youth and volunteers at Boys and Girls Club of Greater Memphis.  Mrs. Flowers is always willing to go the extra mile and lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Sylvia Irby- Executive Assistant

Sylvia Irby is our Exectutive Assistant and she brings over 20 years of management experience. She has experience being a parent of a student athlete and very dedicated to seeing athletes meet their full potential.  She will be heading Elite Level Prep Parents program to guide parents on the process of getting their high school student athlete to college.
